The Indian Paranormal Investigator Gaurav Tiwari, CEO and founder of Indian Paranormal Society, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in his Dwarka home on July 7, 2016. His family members said that around 11 am on Thursday, they heard a loud thud from the bathroom. The door was locked from inside so they opened the door by force and found Tiwari lying on the floor. He was taken to a hospital but the doctors could not resuscitate him. The police investigations didn't established a firm cause of death yet. According to the doctors, it was a case of asphyxiation (the state of being deprived of oxygen, resulting in unconsciousness or death; suffocation)
Gaurav was found lying on his bathroom floor with a thin black line across his neck. No signs of any foul play was observed. If the circumstances of his death didn’t sound peculiar already, his father, Uday Tiwari, told that Gaurav had told his wife a month ago that a negative force was pulling him towards itself. He had said he was trying to control it but seemed unable to do so. His wife ignored it thinking he was just depressed due to work overload and did not tell us about it. The father persists with the theory of numerous spirit sightings at home, all having occurred within five feet of his son. He spotted them, others didn’t.
But still, the cops and the doctors have not been able to offer any concrete answer about the black mark on Tiwari’s neck. Such marks, Tiwari often narrated during dinner table conversations, are signs of revenge of spirits in distress. His family believed him at times, mostly ignored him. Gaurav was once a commercial pilot and had visited over 6,000 ‘haunted’ locations across the world. He also investigated UFO abductions and mysterious creatures.
